Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will build relationships, stock shelves, and execute displays while ensuring stock availability and accurate merchandising execution.

You will work with store personnel, utilize iPads to place orders, and follow RTM plans to maximize visibility and sales. This role requires physical activity and a daily Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license for the reside state.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift, bend, and move product up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Brookhaven, PA; secondary locations listed.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos using DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and ensure compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety; lift, bend, and move products as needed.
