Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock while building strong relationships with store teams and shoppers.

Responsibilities include store visits, order placement via iPad using Salesforce, and executing RTM plans.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift, bend and move up to 25 lbs; occasional pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles from primary location: Trexlertown, PA; secondary locations include Kutztown, Macungie, Emmaus, Fogelsville.
• Schedule availability: off Sun & Thurs

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM-negotiated plans and schedules.
• Follow daily routes and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal product launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Stay safe by lifting, bending, and moving product as required.
