Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to ensure in-store excellence. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and manage product orders to keep items in stock and showcase top brands like Oreo and Ritz.

The role requires visiting multiple stores, driving a personal vehicle, and working Tuesday to Saturday with hourly pay between $16.00 and $18.00 plus benefits. Training and career advancement opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid insurance to travel to multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Place orders via iPad using Salesforce to maintain stock levels.
• Set up promotional displays per RTM plans and ensure compliance.
• Follow schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Move and stock products safely, including heavy lifting where required.
