Job summary

Bacardi seeks an Events Manager in Louisville to own end-to-end planning and execution of corporate, brand home and consumer events. You will manage client communications, proposals, contracts and onsite leadership to ensure premium guest experiences and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in event planning, strong hospitality mindset, and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors. On-site work required in Louisville.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality, venue management, event sales or a related client-facing role preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing events from initial inquiry and planning through onsite execution and post-event follow-up.
• Strong hospitality and customer-service mindset with ability to build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event clients from inquiry through completion.
• Consult with clients to develop customized event experiences for various events.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and finalize contracts.
• Drive event revenue by identifying and recommending offerings that add value.
