Community Coffee in Baton Rouge, LA seeks an Event Coordinator to execute product sampling, giveaways, and brand promotion at indoor and outdoor events. Reporting to the Marketing Partnerships & Events Project Manager, you will serve as on-site team lead, manage activations, and coordinate schedules.

In this entry-level role you will collaborate across teams, drive event logistics, and help measure ROI with updates to management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Act as on-site brand ambassador at events with strong customer engagement.
• Coordinate event logistics, scheduling, and travel for activations.
• Support activation elements and communicate with partners on-site.
• Assist with admin tasks and data collection for ROI and leads.
