Job summary

TEAM is seeking part-time Promotional Specialists to represent our beverage client at events across Lafayette and surrounding markets. You will engage with consumers, build brand affinity, and help grow popularity through interactive activations.

You'll work with the Regional Manager to be assigned events, trained, and report results. The role involves setting up and breaking down assets, distributing materials, and capturing recap photos to drive awareness and membership growth.

Qualifications

• Represent brand at events and engage with consumers.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations for events.

Responsibilities

• Execute fun theme interactive events with consumers at local events, retails spaces, restaurants, bars and other special events as needed.
• Work with the designated Regional Manager who will assign each event, train and report results
• Encourage consumers to engage and participate in activation
• Distribute marketing materials, promotional items or additional collateral and products provided
• Articulate best practices and trends back to the Regional Manager via recap and event photos
• Build Brand awareness and help increase client members
• Assist in event setup / breakdown of promotional assets
