Job summary

Community Coffee is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand at local events, partner events, and activations in the Baton Rouge area. You will engage with consumers, support sampling, and share the Community Coffee story in an authentic, professional manner.

Ideal candidates are 18+, available nights and weekends, with a passion for coffee and strong communication skills. Driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and event-based schedules.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable engaging with the public in a professional manner.
• Enthusiasm for coffee and brand promotion.
• Ability to work independently while following event direction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional representative at events and activations.
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of activation spaces.
• Engage attendees to create a welcoming brand experience.
• Communicate key product information accurately during sampling.
• Support product sales, brand awareness, and consumer engagement.
• Capture photos, videos, and social content per guidance from the Digital Marketing team.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on content needs and storytelling.
• Provide post-event recaps, photos, and observations.
