Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a capable Power Washing and Maintenance professional to contribute to outdoor facility upkeep in Inglewood, CA. The role emphasizes safety, ADA compliance, equipment operation, heavy lifting, and efficient debris removal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with power washing, maintenance, or construction-related work is a plus.
• Ability to operate equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to perform heavy work involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, repetitive motions, equipment use, and lifting/carrying materials.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs from floor to waist
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs from waist to shoulder
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs overhead
• Ability to carry up to 100 lbs for up to 20 feet
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
• Ability to maintain assigned company vehicle and follow scheduled service requirements
• Ability to work varied hours with reasonable notice
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and properly use PPE
