Rolling Suds, Inc. in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Power Washing & Maintenance Tech with leadership experience. You will provide exceptional service, maintain equipment, and supervise a small team.

With over 30 years in the industry, we offer top tools, training and certification programs, career growth, and a safe work environment. Availability includes weekdays, weekends, and some night shifts; heavy lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience on small motors and perform preventative & emergency maintenance on a fleet of equipment.
• Availability weekdays, weekends, and nights; typically 3-4 days per week and occasional 1-3 weekend or night shifts.
• Valid Driver's License required; drug test monthly.

Responsibilities

• Become a power washing and window cleaning expert while providing exceptional customer service on every job.
• Maintain warehouse orderliness and cleanliness.
• Maintain equipment, motors, pumps and trucks.
• Learn estimating and engage with customers about upsell opportunities.
• Prepare equipment, warehouse & trucks before and after each day's jobs.
• Supervise your power washing team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Guide and mentor other team members using your experience.
• Ensure tasks are performed professionally and efficiently.
• Follow cleaning procedures and ensure all jobs meet high standards.

Power Washing & Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:

• Become a power washing and window cleaning expert while providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction on every job
• Maintain warehouse orderliness and cleanliness
• Maintain equipment, motors, pumps and trucks
• Learn estimating and engage with customers about upsell opportunities
• Arrive before and leave after rest of team. Responsible for preparing the equipment, warehouse & trucks before and after each day's jobs.
• Supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customers' satisfaction
• Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
• Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
• Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard

Power Washing & Maintenance Tech Qualifications:

• MUST have maintenance experience on small motors. Responsible for preventative & emergency maintenance on a fleet of 5 power washing machines, pumps, boiler machine, diesel trucks, and gasoline trucks. Including oil changes, pump rebuilds, compression troubleshooting, water pressure troubleshooting, filter changes, tune-ups, etc.
• MUST be available weekdays, weekends, and nights. Expect work 3-4 days a week, 1-3 weekend jobs per month, 1-3 night jobs per month. Fluctuates seasonally.
• Preferred: Window cleaning experience but not required
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
• Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
• Willingness to operate heavy machinery and work on lifts
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must have Valid Driver's License
• Must submit drug test monthly
