With a competitive pay range of $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, this role requires a dependable individual who can work outdoors in varying conditions and interact professionally with clients.

Qualifications

As a Power Washing Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Power Washing & Equipment Maintenance: Perform power washing on commercial and residential properties; troubleshoot and maintain equipment (hoses, nozzles, pumps, etc.).
• Site Safety & Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential hazards (e.g., chemical exposure, plant damage, furniture protection) to prevent property damage or injuries.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, address their concerns, and deliver outstanding service.
• Quality Control: Maintain a keen eye for detail; ensure thorough cleaning, proper rinsing of chemicals, and post-job cleanup.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ months in a hands‑on, labor-intensive role (construction, landscaping, janitorial, or similar). Power washing experience is a plus but not required.
• Dependability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work ethic.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot potential issues before they become problems (e.g., chemical overspray, unprotected surfaces).
• Customer Service Acumen: Comfortable interacting with clients; professional, polite, and solution-oriented.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment or hoses, stand for extended periods, comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs with confidence.
