Job summary

Jobtailor in Cincinnati seeks a Power Washing/Exterior Maintenance Technician to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and perform exterior cleaning across various surfaces. You will assess areas, set appropriate pressure and temperature, and ensure safety procedures are followed daily.

The role requires 1–3 years of power washing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass DOT physical and medical certification. Weekend shifts and overnight coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record report.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency.
• Maintain a minimum 90-day Medical Examiner’s Certification card.
• No DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless-driving convictions involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Commercial driving record with no DUI, DWI, or OUI convictions within the last 5 years.
• Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years
