Responsibilities

Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, and other equipment.
Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
Remove dirt, debris, trash, and contaminants from walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and other surfaces.
Follow safety procedures while performing power washing and exterior maintenance.
Respond to work order requests.
Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned.

Job description

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry
Valid state-issued driver's license
State-issued driver's license held for at least 3 years
Clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report
Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency
Maintain a minimum 90-day Medical Examiner's Certification card
No DUI, DWI, OUI, or alcohol/drug-related reckless-driving convictions within the last 3 years
No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle
No serious traffic violations within the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle
No preventable accidents within the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle
Ability to read and speak English
Commercial driving record with no DUI, DWI, or OUI convictions within the last 5 years
Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years
