Job Description:
- $69.00 - $79.00 /HR based on experience
- 6-month contract (based on performance/budget) (Hybrid position)
- Seeking a highly experienced and visionary content and campaign strategist to lead all consumer-facing brand content and campaign strategy. Must have a proven track record of delivering brand campaigns and content across platforms such as social media, e-commerce, and merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Content Strategy:
- Lead and own campaign strategy and execution across all consumer touchpoints, including product launches, brand storytelling, and seasonal activations.
- Develop comprehensive activation plans from product briefs, outlining content needs across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Translate consumer insights into compelling content strategies and campaign concepts.
- Create creative briefs aligned with brand strategy and consumer insights, detailing vision, target, USP, and KPIs.
- Creative Direction & Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to bring campaigns to life from concept to execution.
- Oversee creative ideation for all owned content, including social media, web, product displays, e-commerce, and digital merchandising.
- Collaborate with product marketing, digital, PR, and retail merchandising teams to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Manage the social media team, ensuring strategy and tone of voice alignment.
- Execution & Oversight:
- Manage content production budgets, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Ensure content compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory standards, working with R&I, Legal, and CMI as needed.
- Track KPIs and use data insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Reflect the voice of the consumer in content by working with drive markets for validation and insights.
- Leadership & Autonomy:
- Operate independently with minimal onboarding, bringing experience and clarity to initiatives.
- Collaborate across functions while driving initiatives autonomously with confidence.
- Serve as a thought leader to shape the brand's content approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Portfolio demonstrating campaign leadership, graphic design, video editing, and multi-channel content creation.
- 5-7 years of experience in a content/campaign role, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
- Experience managing digital, social, email, and print marketing channels.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to content strategies.
- Detail-oriented with creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
