You will manage visual direction from planning to execution, coach and develop team members, coordinate floor plans, shipments, and omni processes, and uphold safety and loss-prevention standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills with a history of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning.
• Proven track record of developing talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: act as a brand representative and partner with Display Artist and Department Managers to create an engaging visual experience for the UO customer.
• Leadership + Team Management: recruit, hire, mentor, and train department and display candidates; coach team on processes and standards.
• Visual + Business Operations: manage visual direction from planning through execution within budgets and timelines; optimize shipments and omni processes.
• Communication + Relationships: share product knowledge and brand messaging; maintain open communication with Store Manager and District Manager.
