Hensel Phelps is seeking a Visual Design Lead based in Denver, CO (onsite) to elevate the quality and consistency of visual communications across the enterprise. You will drive brand-aligned graphics for proposals and develop scalable templates, partnering with marketing and pursuit teams nationwide.

You will set standards for reusable assets, guide visual direction on priority proposals, and help optimize design workflows across regions, balancing multiple deadlines while maintaining

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in visual design or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Advanced knowledge of digital, print, typography, video, publications, and production workflows.

Responsabilités

• Update and enhance enterprise-wide proposal graphics with consistency and brand alignment.
• Lead the creation and refinement of proposal templates and scalable graphics tools.
• Create infographics, diagrams, and layouts translating complex information into clear visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing, pursuit, and design teams across regions to support strategic proposals.
• Establish scalable graphic standards, templates, and reusable resources.
