Job summary

BVH Architecture is seeking a Visual Communications Specialist in Denver, Omaha, or Lincoln to strengthen its brand through collateral, proposals, and presentations. This full-time role blends design excellence with marketing support in a hybrid setting.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Director and BD lead, manage social media graphics, website updates, email campaigns, photography, and PR assets, while upholding strict brand standards and producing high-impact visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years of marketing and graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design for firm collateral to support marketing and business development.
• Manage website updates and write blog posts.
• Social media management and design of graphics.
• Email marketing design and layout.
• Oversee photography and videography contractors; hands-on if needed.
• PR and media relations support and press kit coordination.
• Maintain marketing calendar and toolkit templates for branding consistency.
• Support proposals and collateral design in InDesign; create slide decks in Google Slides.
• Produce professional leave-behind print materials.
