Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a high‑performing sales team on the floor, coach assistants, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, mentor, and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.

You bring 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, business acumen, and a passion for our brand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate a sales team to meet KPIs and targets.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Coach Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates on product knowledge and service.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit and develop talent.
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising directives and store policies.
