Pandora in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team on the sales floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales goals. You will coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates while embodying Pandora’s brand and values.

The role requires 3–5 years of store management experience in a high-performance environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to recruit and develop talents.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach a team.
• Ability to connect with customers and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Maintain product knowledge and build brand loyalty through authentic engagement.
