Job summary

Hustler Hollywood in El Paso, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to back up the Store Leadership Team on the sales floor. You will supervise staff, drive customer engagement, and support sales while upholding brand standards and teamwork.

The role emphasizes leading by example, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining store appearance and safety. The position requires weekend availability and the ability to lift and move heavy packages as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of key holder experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work weekends (Fri-Sun).
• Commit to two store closings per week, including one on Fri or Sat.
• Ability to operate retail POS system and inventory scanner.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Management by maintaining high energy on the sales floor.
• Open/close without management as needed.
• Prioritize customer service and help meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Manage break schedules and ensure coverage of all zones.
• Provide feedback and coaching in customer engagement and selling etiquette.
• Ensure merchandise presentations, signage and displays meet company standards.
• Support store security and loss prevention policies.
