vineyard vines is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at The Mall at Chestnut Hill to lead daily operations, coach crew, and maintain a welcoming, high‑energy store environment. You will drive sales, customer connection, and brand presentation while acting in the Store Manager's absence.

The role requires 1+ year in retail supervision, strong communication, inventory and merchandising skills, and flexibility for holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail supervisor experience in a similar volume.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and virtual video platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Inventory management and merchandising abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Commitment to career growth of self and others.
• Preferred experience in social media.
• Must be able to bend, reach, carry up to 50 pounds.
• Holidays, nights and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development of strategies to exceed financial goals.
• Delivers an energetic and omni-channel sales floor experience that builds brand connection, customer engagement, and sales.
• Focuses on building client relationships and community engagement to gain new customers.
• Motivates and measures performance of Crew Leads and Crew.
• Acts as a mentor to Crew Leads with transparent communication.
• Educates Crew on product information and brand initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
• Builds an environment that fosters open communication with Crew and headquarters partners and solicits feedback to continually improve the store experience.
• Networks and recruits to help maintain a talent pool to fill open positions.
• Evaluates store operations for opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity and profitability.
• Supports store merchandising to reflect current compass, brand initiatives and local customer needs.
