The candidate should excel in communication, merchandising, and inventory control, with the flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends, and to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time, on-site position in Edgartown, MA.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with video platforms used for virtual meetings.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing inventory and merchandising; capable of driving store performance.
• Analytical problem solving and effective time management.
• Commitment to career growth and willingness to support social media efforts.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds; willingness to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development of strategies to exceed financial goals
• Delivers an energetic and omni-channel sales floor experience that builds brand connection, customer engagement, and sales
• Focuses on building client relationships and community engagement to build repeat customers and attract new ones
• Motivates and measures performance of Crew Leads and Crew to increase profitability
• Acts as a mentor to Crew Leads and aids in their development through transparent communication
• Educates Crew on product information and brand initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive sales
• Builds an environment of open communication with Crew and HQ partners and solicits feedback for store improvements
• Networks and recruits to maintain a talent pool for open positions
• Evaluates store operations for efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Supports store merchandising to reflect compass, brand initiatives and local customer needs
