Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and coaching abilities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and drive sales results.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales by monitoring progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric store environment and model selling behaviors.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of a manager.
• Open/close duties and coverage during breaks as needed.
• Interact with customers to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to store staff and adhere to company policies and procedures.
