Job summary

Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a Marketing Production Specialist to drive the execution of member communications, manage statement materials, and coordinate production with vendors. You will ensure brand consistency, quality assurance, and timely delivery across print and digital assets.

This role collaborates with internal partners and external vendors, adapts campaigns to multiple channels, and maintains asset libraries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or related field; equivalent combo acceptable.
• Two years in marketing, marketing production, graphic design, or project coordination.
• Experience producing marketing materials and coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage statement communications and related content.
• Coordinate production of print collateral, digital assets, signage, and promotions.
• Ensure brand standards and perform QA across materials.
• Coordinate with vendors on estimates, proofs, and schedules.
• Maintain marketing asset libraries and templates.
