• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing/Communications/Digital Media or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional marketing experience, especially in social media.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and content development skills.
• Ability to tailor content for email, social, websites, and campaigns.
• Experience planning member journeys and briefs with objectives and timing.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread email, social media, and member communications with a consistent brand voice.
• Develop member journey briefs with clear objectives, audiences and timing.
• Prepare email copy and creative requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys.
• Review email appearance and user experience; coordinate revisions and launch readiness.
• Collaborate with Marketing and BI to review journey results and optimize content.
• Manage the social media calendar for multiple platforms and publish per schedule.
• Monitor social activity and respond per guidance; escalate sensitive issues.
• Monitor and respond to reviews on app stores, Google, and Yelp; identify trends.
• Prepare social media and reputation reports and identify engagement trends.
• Coordinate assignments and approvals with stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Apply brand standards and protect confidential member information.
