Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking a creative Graphics Designer for a full-time contract role. You will develop engaging visual content, support marketing initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across digital and print assets.

You'll collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and internal teams to translate briefs into effective designs, manage multiple projects, and stay current with design trends and tools. Remote or hybrid arrangements may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio showing creativity and technical proficiency.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with digital and print production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and other visual assets.
• Develop design concepts and layouts based on brand guidelines.
• Design materials for digital platforms, print publications, and internal communications.
• Ensure typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy across projects.
• Edit and enhance photographs, illustrations, icons, and other visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and internal teams.
• Review designs with stakeholders and implement revisions.
• Prepare final design files for production and maintain asset libraries.
