Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. seeks a creative Graphic Designer for a full-time contract role in the United States. You will develop digital and print visuals, maintain brand consistency, and support marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and internal teams, applying typography, color theory, and layout principles to deliver high-quality designs. Remote or hybrid options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design fundamentals, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva preferred.
• Solid typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy understanding.
• Excellent creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into effective visual designs.
• Ability to accept feedback and revise efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and other visual assets.
• Develop design concepts and layouts based on brand guidelines.
• Design materials for digital platforms, print publications, and internal communications.
• Apply typography, color, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy principles.
• Edit and enhance photographs, illustrations, icons, and other visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product and internal teams.
• Work with senior designers to develop effective visual solutions.
• Review and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback and requirements.
• Ensure designs meet branding, quality, and formatting standards.
• Maintain consistency across branding and digital communications.
• Prepare final design files for digital and print production.
• Maintain organized library of design assets and templates.
• Manage multiple projects while prioritizing deadlines.
• Support development of presentations, web graphics, and promotional content.
• Stay informed about current design trends and best practices.
• Contribute to design workflows and templates improvements.
