Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking a creative Graphics Designer for a full-time contract role. You will develop engaging visual content, support marketing initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across digital and print materials.

The role involves collaborating with marketing, communications, product, and internal teams to translate briefs into high-quality designs, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Remote or hybrid options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign).
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other digital design tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and other visual assets.
• Develop creative design concepts and layouts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Design materials for digital platforms, print publications, presentations, advertisements, and internal communications.
• Apply typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy to design projects.
• Edit and enhance photographs, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and internal teams to understand design requirements.
• Work with senior designers to develop effective visual solutions.
• Review and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain consistency across branding, marketing materials, and digital communications.
• Prepare and organize final design files for digital and print production.
