Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking a creative Graphics Designer on a full-time contract to develop engaging visual content and support marketing initiatives.

The role covers digital and print design, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering high-quality assets. Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma/Canva are preferred. Remote or hybrid options may be available depending on organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva or similar tools preferred.
• Strong typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy understanding.
• Excellent communication and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics and marketing materials across channels.
• Develop concepts and layouts based on brand guidelines.
• Design for digital and print publications, presentations, ads, and internal communications.
• Apply typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to projects.
• Edit and enhance photographs, illustrations, and icons.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define requirements.
• Review designs with stakeholders and iterate.
• Ensure branding and quality standards across assets.
• Prepare final files for production and organize asset libraries.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools.
• Support with presentations, web graphics, and promotional content.
