Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking a creative Graphics Designer for a full-time contract role to develop engaging visuals that support marketing and branding initiatives.

The role requires producing digital graphics, print materials, and presentations while ensuring brand consistency. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams, applying typography, color theory, and layout skills to deliver high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience in marketing or related area.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and branding work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva for collaboration is preferred.
• Solid typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interpret briefs.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and social content.
• Develop design concepts and layouts based on brand guidelines.
• Design materials for digital and print, including publications and ads.
• Apply typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to projects.
• Edit and enhance photos, icons, and illustrations.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and internal teams.
• Work with senior designers to develop effective visual solutions.
• Review designs with stakeholders and iterate as needed.
• Maintain branding consistency across materials and channels.
• Prepare final design files for production and organize asset libraries.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
