Job summary

Aquent in Detroit, MI is seeking a detail-oriented Creative Intake & Quality Assurance Specialist to support the creative team by managing project requests, ensuring accurate Workfront setup, and performing quality checks on deliverables.

You will act as a bridge between requestors and the creative team, ensuring projects are on-brand, complete, and ready for stakeholder review, with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to juggle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Experience supporting creative, marketing, or production teams.
• Experience reviewing creative materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
• Familiarity with Workfront or similar creative project/workflow management platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with requestors and creative team members to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Ability to identify small details and errors while maintaining awareness of broader project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming creative requests for completeness and adherence to intake requirements.
• Validate project briefs, timelines, required assets, stakeholders, and approval requirements before project kickoff.
• Follow up with requestors to gather missing information and resolve questions to prevent project delays.
• Apply naming conventions, workflow templates, and project categorization standards in Workfront.
• Convert approved requests into active projects and ensure accurate setup for reporting, tracking, and workflow management.
• Maintain organized and accurate project information throughout the creative process.
• Conduct first-level QA of creative deliverables before sharing with stakeholders.
• Review materials for grammar, spelling, legal copy, links, dates, contact information, offer details, and other content accuracy.
• Ensure assets adhere to brand standards, templates, and design guidelines.
• Identify and communicate errors or inconsistencies and coordinate corrections with the appropriate team members.
• Review final approved assets prior to release to stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Help maintain consistency and quality across creative deliverables and channels.
