Job summary

Imagine, based in Burbank, CA, is seeking a Creative QC Specialist to review and verify final assets for print and digital Deliverables. You will ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and client specifications across localization work, checking translations, layouts, typography, and technical specs before release.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative production, prepress, proofreading, quality control, localization, or related field.
• Experience reviewing assets for print, digital, entertainment, campaigns.
• Experience with translated/localized marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Review layouts against approved art, style guides, and client direction.
• Verify all required elements are present and correctly placed (logos, copy, ratings, credits, blocks).
• Inspect layouts for inconsistencies, alignment, spacing, formatting errors, and visual discrepancies.
• Compare localized versions against source files for translations and placement.
• Validate translated copy is fully imported and source language content is not visible.
• Review typography, font usage, hierarchy, tracking, leading, line breaks, and overflow.
• Ensure print/digital deliverables meet dimensions, bleed, safe areas, resolution, color, naming conventions, and standards.
• Conduct final quality reviews before release to clients, production, or vendors.
• Identify and communicate issues to designers, production artists, and account managers.
• Maintain QC checklists and documentation for consistency across projects.
