Invisible Dynamics, a multidisciplinary brand transformation consultancy, seeks a Brand Director to drive strategic client partnerships and oversee account teams. The role focuses on elevating client relationships, delivering creative and business solutions, and identifying growth opportunities.

The Brand Director bridges client goals with agency capabilities, drives revenue, and strengthens the agency’s reputation.

Formación

• Proven track record in managing high-level client relationships and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Experience in creative industries such as fashion, wellness, and retail.
• Strong strategic acumen and collaborative mindset with ability to lead with confidence.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee key client accounts ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and trust-based partnerships.
• Act as senior point of contact for account updates and guide internal teams to meet client goals.
• Develop account plans outlining priorities, metrics and growth opportunities for each client.
• Monitor account health: budgets, timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations and standards.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify risks and implement actions.
• Lead development and execution of client engagement strategies for long-term collaboration.
• Articulate and position ID’s services to clients; identify opportunities to expand offerings.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for new and existing clients.
• Negotiate scope and upsell opportunities ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to refine engagement strategies and improve experiences.
• Provide mentorship to account teams and allocate resources effectively across accounts.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative culture and promote continuous learning.
