The role requires turning client needs into actionable strategies, guiding cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and driving growth while maintaining brand standards.

Travel up to 50% and a focus on delivering exceptional work across spatial design projects.

Formación

• Experience executing spatial design projects.
• Strong strategic thinking across brand, design, and business.
• Ability to lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with influence and build deep client relationships.
• Translate client needs into actionable strategies and creative direction.
• Manage client engagements including retail audits, planning meetings, design presentations, installs and walkthroughs.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and billing to maintain financial health.
• Identify growth opportunities and define new scope.
• Coordinate with Strategy, Design, and Project Management to deliver work.
• Drive team alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
