Job summary

Farm Credit Services of Mandan is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager for the Mandan Corporate office. You will coordinate the Association’s marketing, communications, and brand activities, plan and execute advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and producer education, and oversee day-to-day marketing initiatives in collaboration with leadership and external partners.

Qualifications

• College degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of common agricultural practices
• Ability to plan, manage, and complete assignments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Association’s marketing, communications, and brand activities.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop promotional materials and producer education content; support community outreach and public relations.
• Manage the Association’s website and social media platforms and coordinate advertising across channels.
• Coordinate events such as producer education, farm forums, trade shows, and seminars; ensure consistent branding across activities.
• Track marketing activity and campaign performance; provide data-driven recommendations.
