Job summary

Cloverdale Foods is seeking a Marketing Administrator to serve as the on-site marketing representative at the Mandan plant, coordinating local support and community partnerships across the Bis-Man area. The role requires strong organization, communication, and relationship-building in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Human Resources, Operations, Sales, and Senior Leadership to improve processes, manage projects, and respond to consumer inquiries with care and urgency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Some college; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.

• Willing to get hands dirty while thinking strategically.
• Ability to manage time and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with project/data management platforms.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CF Marketing and Blue Ribbon emails received via the website, and voicemails.
• Follow up directly to resolve issues (Whoopsie/Loyalty coupons) as needed.
• Create monthly summary reports and cascade Consumer Complaints to cross functional Operations team.
• Elevate concerns to Marketing leadership on sensitive issues, or greatly increased frequency/volume.
• Schedule proactive Cloverdale branded posts in Later.com and monitor social activity.
• Coordinate existing sponsorship and donations processes and partner with the Country Store for fulfillment of commitments.
• Manage merch store orders and inventory for sales promo items and support Sales reps.
• Track Syndigo updates and Inmar redemption; handle promo code management.
