High Plains Farm Credit in Hays, KS seeks a Marketing Communications Coordinator to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, manage social media, and optimize our website to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with proficiency in WordPress, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or closely related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing, communications, or related professional experience preferred.
• Advanced interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, presentation, problem solving, analytical, organizational, critical thinking and listening skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and prioritizing multiple activities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work while managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience creating engaging photos, video, written, and graphic content to support brand awareness and recruiting initiatives.
• Experience with digital marketing automation software.
• Experience managing digital advertising campaigns and analyzing performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Experience managing website content through WordPress and working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
