Job summary

AgCarolina Farm Credit seeks a Marketing and Communications Manager to partner with lending and executive leadership, drive growth marketing across digital channels, and enhance internal and external communications. You will oversee campaigns, analytics, and stakeholder engagement to support the association’s goals and community impact.

You will mentor a team, advocate for agriculture, and lead data-driven marketing, brand reputation, and member experiences while collaborating across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/communications/agriculture or related field and 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, public affairs, or related areas.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of Farm Credit system and agriculture helps.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing marketing and communications team delivering measurable business results.
• Build relationships with employees, members, producers, partners, officials, and trade groups.
