Job summary

Ambrook, a NYC-based brand, seeks a mid-to-senior Brand Designer to own narrative and craft across forms—web, print, campaigns, and product touchpoints. You’ll work beside our Creative Director, shaping brand expressions and workflows that scale with AI-driven tooling.

You’ll lead the creation of templates, assets, and Claude Skills, ensuring consistency while exploring new formats. Collaboration with Marketing, Product Design, and engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• Mid-level to senior experience: 4+ years making brand work.
• Craft: you fixate on details—kerning, line breaks, whitespace, art exactness.
• Figma master: auto layout, components, design systems, Claude tools.
• Range across physical and digital: print to web, merch to product UI.
• You are a builder: you make things real, into CMS or codebase.
• You’ve built with AI, not just used it: Claude Skills, automation.
• Exceptional project management: deadlines, vendors, milestones.
• Collaborative by nature: works across teams to get things done.
• Bonus: motion design experience with tools like Figma Motion or Jitter.

Responsibilities

• Shape the narrative with teams closest to the project.
• Show the team what's possible through prototypes and samples.
• Make the work across web, email, editorial, merchandise, and events.
• Create scalable templates and Claude Skills to standardize outputs.
• Direct illustrators, photographers, printers, and vendors; review outcomes.
• Maintain brand systems, libraries, and documentation.
