Job summary

Ambrook, a NYC-based Series B startup, seeks a senior brand designer to shape narrative across website, campaigns, and product. You will lead typography, visual systems, and hands-on production with vendors and internal teams.

Collaborate with Ali Aas, our Creative Director, Marketing, Product Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver brand expressions. Build Claude Skills, templates, and market-ready visuals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of brand design experience.
• Attention to typography details: kerning, line breaks, whitespace.
• Proficient in Figma, auto layout, components and design systems.
• Experience across print and digital media, across multiple formats.
• Hands-on production, including CMS/codebase involvement, not just sketching.
• Experience with AI tools and building Claude Skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape the narrative with project teams to craft story, visuals, and layout.
• Show the team what's possible through prototypes, mockups, or samples.
• Make the work across website, email, editorial, merchandise, events, and product.
• Create scalable templates and Claude Skills to automate routine work.
• Direct illustrators, photographers, printers and vendors when needed.
• Maintain brand systems, libraries and documentation.
