Qualifications

• Mid-level to senior experience: 4+ years making brand work.
• Craft: attention to detail in typography, spacing, and art.
• Figma mastery with components and design systems.
• Experience across physical and digital brand expressions.

Responsibilities

• Shape the narrative and ensure the writing, images, and layout serve the story.
• Show the team what’s possible with tangible prototypes or mockups.
• Make the work across website, email, editorial, merchandise, and product moments.
• Create scalable templates and Claude Skills to reduce repetitive work.
• Direct external partners (illustrators, photographers, printers) to deliver on brand.
