Retell AI is building a modern CX platform powered by AI and is seeking a senior brand designer to own visual identity across launches, pages, events, and customer stories. You will shape how the brand speaks to enterprise customers, translating complex AI concepts into accessible visuals while expanding the brand system and ensuring consistency across all assets.

As the first senior brand designer on the Brand team, you will influence design direction, collaborate with product and marketing,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of brand or marketing design experience.
• Strong typography, layout, color, and composition fundamentals.
• Ability to translate briefs into shipped assets quickly.

Responsibilities

• Ship the visual assets that drive awareness: campaigns, landing pages, social, and collateral.
• Turn abstract AI concepts into clear visuals, diagrams, and product marketing graphics.
• Extend our brand system so teams can produce on-brand work without design bottlenecks.
• Own event booths, one-pagers, signage, and company merchandise.
