Nen Creative seeks a Senior Designer to lead exceptional brand and digital work for ambitious tech startups. This hands-on, senior role emphasizes craft, strong conceptual thinking, and owning projects from exploration to delivery.

You'll shape brand identities, websites, campaigns, and launch moments, collaborating with leadership, strategists, and other designers while delivering with ownership and care.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a designer in branding or creative agency environments.
• Strong typography, composition, visual systems, and identity work.
• Ability to develop ideas beyond the first concept and build cohesive systems.
• Owns projects end-to-end and communicates clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design across brand identities, visual systems, websites, campaigns, and launch moments.
• Develop distinctive creative directions from early exploration to final delivery.
• Own workstreams from concept to delivery and manage details.
• Present concepts to founders and senior stakeholders and respond to feedback.
