Job summary

Iverson, a creative and technology partner, is seeking a Brand Designer who builds identity systems from the ground up. You’ll translate ambitious brands into cohesive worlds, balancing craft with process, and guiding clients through the creative journey.

Based in the United States and remote-first, you’ll lead logo systems, typography, color, and visual language across touchpoints, collaborating with designers and contributing to new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in brand design with agency or studio experience.
• Portfolio showing full identity systems across multiple clients.
• Distinctive typography, color, and composition sensibility.
• Ability to build flexible, scalable brand systems.
• Confident presenting work and handling client feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of brand identities across clients, including logo systems, typography, color, iconography, illustration style, and visual language.
• Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and asset libraries for post-engagement use.
• Apply brand systems to pitch decks, social templates, print collateral, packaging, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with web and product designers to translate identity to digital environments.
• Present brand concepts to clients with clear rationale and navigate feedback.
• Contribute to new business pitches by visualizing creative direction and agency capabilities.
