Job summary

Iverson, a creative and technology partner, is seeking a Motion Designer who brings brands to life through animation, video, and interactive motion across digital campaigns, product UI, and social content.

You should have 4+ years' experience, expert in After Effects, and be comfortable collaborating with designers and developers to ship on-brand motion at scale. Iverson embraces a remote-first culture across the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in motion design with a portfolio across brand, digital, and social contexts.
• Agency or client-facing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong timing, pacing, and storytelling instincts to make work scroll-stopping.
• Proficiency in After Effects and the Adobe suite; familiarity with AI-assisted tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute motion work across UI animations, social content, brand videos, and web interactions.
• Collaborate with brand and web designers to define motion across client projects.
• Develop motion guidelines and reusable animation systems for on-brand movement.
• Partner with developers to ensure animations translate to live environments.
• Edit and post-produce video content, including pacing, sound design, and color.
• Contribute to creative concepting from project start with a motion-first mindset.
