Job summary

Asana is seeking a Brand Designer in San Francisco to own the visual identity and brand design systems. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to scale brand expressions and drive AI-enabled workflows in design.

You will build templates, guidelines, and libraries ensuring coherence across product UI, photography, illustration, and iconography while blending strategic leadership with hands-on design.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional brand design experience.
• Deep expertise in brand identity and design systems—branding guidelines, components, scalable templates.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience contributing design to marketing materials, launches, decks, and campaigns.
• Ability to independently lead large cross-functional projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Asana's brand design system across the organization.
• Define brand standards across surfaces: product UI, photography, illustration, iconography.
• Lead brand design for major marketing initiatives and go-to-market materials.
• Design first-call decks, sales enablement materials, and executive presentations.
• Drive AI-enabled design workflows and share learnings with the team.
