Job summary

Asana is seeking a Brand Designer to own and scale Asana's visual identity and brand design systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define how the brand looks across product UI, photography, illustration, and icons, while driving AI-enabled workflows to scale impact.

The role is based in San Francisco with an office-centric hybrid schedule, including in-office days and optional work-from-home days depending on projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in brand identity and design systems.
• Experience leading brand design for marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for scalable templates.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand design system across surfaces.
• Define brand standards for product UI, photography, illustration, and icons.
• Lead brand design for marketing initiatives, launches, and GTM materials.
• Design decks, sales enablement materials, and executive presentations with a strong brand voice.
• Contribute to video and content projects through storyboard and art direction.
• Build scalable design frameworks and documentation for cross-functional use.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure brand coherence.
• Drive AI-enabled design workflows to improve speed and range.
• Explore AI uses in concepting, production, and workflow efficiency.
• Provide and receive constructive design feedback through critique.
• Manage multiple projects with clarity and urgency.
