Descript is hiring a Brand Design Lead to evolve the brand across campaigns, web experiences, and events. You will move between big-picture concepting and craft, building scalable brand systems while guiding partners and internal teams.

Reporting to the Director of Brand & Content, you will drive bold, on-brand work and mentor designers as the company grows. Descript emphasizes brave, creative storytelling with AI-powered tools and a strong commitment to inclusive, accessible design.

Competenze

• 6+ years in brand design, in-house or agency.
• Portfolio showing strategy and execution across web, social, and paid channels.
• Experience building brand systems that scale and directing external creatives.
• Fluency with AI tools to produce and scale work.
