Job summary

Coram AI is seeking a Brand & Design Lead to own how Coram looks, sounds, and feels across all touchpoints. You will direct brand identity, website design, and campaign visuals while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and sales.

This is a leadership role with mandate to raise the bar and drive coherence as the company scales. You will report to the VP of Marketing and partner with the CEO, product team, and external agencies to build a cohesive brand system, site experience, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in brand and design with senior leadership and full brand ownership.
• Experience leading teams and hiring designers; agency partnerships.
• Hands-on leadership with active involvement in design work.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and steward Coram's visual identity: the CORAM wordmark, aperture symbol, color and type system, illustration, iconography, and motion; create guidelines and components to stay coherent as more people touch the brand.
• Own Coram website as the front door: design, art direction, and ongoing craft of pages that convert; collaborate with demand gen and SEO.
• Make the product legible and desirable: feature launches, demo assets, explainer visuals, and sales collateral usage.
• Set visual standards for campaigns, ads, social, email, events, and video; ensure on-brand output.
• Partner with video team to raise production and design quality of published work.
• Hire and lead designers; manage agencies; define how design collaborates with marketing, product, and sales.
• Have a point of view on what good looks like and elevate Coram's work.
