Coram AI in Sunnyvale, CA is hiring a Head of Brand & Design to own how the company looks, sounds, and feels everywhere. This leadership role reports to the VP of Marketing and collaborates with the CEO and product team to raise the bar on brand work.

You'll lead a house of design, build guidelines, and partner with agencies to create compelling visuals across the website, campaigns, and product assets. The role demands strategic thinking and hands-on design leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in brand and/or design with senior leadership and full brand ownership.
• Fluent in Figma and Adobe (Illustrator, After Effects/motion).
• A portfolio that demonstrates taste and intentionality.
• Experience building and leading teams; hiring designers and managing agencies.
• Hands-on leadership with active design involvement.
• Resilient in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication; ability to influence at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Evolve and steward Coram's visual identity: logo, color and type system, illustration, iconography, motion, and brand guidelines.
• Own the Coram website as the front door: design, art direction, and pages that convert; partner with demand gen and SEO.
• Make the product legible and desirable: launches, demo assets, explainer visuals, and collateral.
• Set the visual standard for campaigns across channels; ensure consistency across assets.
• Collaborate with video team to raise production and design quality of published work.
• Hire and lead designers; manage agencies and contractors; align design with marketing, product, and sales.
• Defend a clear point of view on design quality and elevate all brand output.
