Bland AI in San Francisco is seeking a Brand Design Engineer to shape our marketing visual language and own the website end-to-end. You’ll work at the intersection of design and code, using Claude Code and AI tools to prototype and ship experiences that feel premium and cohesive.

The role emphasizes ownership, speed, and collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering to elevate Bland’s brand across web, campaigns, and events.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design skill with premium feel and systems.
• Experience shaping brand identity and web presence.
• Comfortable reading and editing code to implement designs.

Responsibilities

• Own Bland's marketing design language across channels.
• Own the marketing website end-to-end and keep it current.
• Design in code and prototype with AI tools for rapid iteration.
• Develop and evolve the brand system and visuals.
• Collaborate with product marketing to tell compelling stories.
• Create high-impact landing pages and interactive experiences.
• Maintain QA and ensure consistent quality across sites.
